Shipping conditions
1. When will my order be shipped?
Since we manufacture customized products according to your wishes, production after your order takes 3 to 5 business days. It will then be delivered to your home by a courier service.
2. How long does shipping take?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Orders to the USA: 7 to 10 business days
Orders to the United Kingdom: 7 to 9 business days
Orders to Australia: 8 to 10 business days
Orders to Canada: 7 to 10 business days
Note:
Customers must bear the costs for reshipping if packages are returned due to insufficient/incorrect address and contact information.
3. What are the shipping costs?
STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS:
The starting value of our standard shipping is $7.99, and a variable amount of $1 to $3 will be charged based on the actual number of purchased items and weight.
FREE SHIPPING:
For orders with a total value of over $50, we offer free standard express shipping.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to confirm that it is on its way. This email will also contain your tracking number, so the email address must be entered correctly when placing the order.

5. Do I have to pay customs and import fees?
Maybe. All customs or import fees are charged by the local customs authorities once the package reaches its destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. The price of the goods you ordered does not include customs fees or import duties.
Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how much the specific customs costs are, as customs policies and fees vary from country to country.
If this happens, once your order is returned to our company, you will receive a refund, but the shipping costs you paid are not included.
